Twenty-two student-athletes join Walk of Champions

FORT COLLINS  – Colorado State Athletics introduces 22 members to the Walk of Champions following the completion of the 2024-25 competition year. 
 
The newest members join the distinguished list of the Walk of Champions' inaugural class of more than 500 members.
 
"The 2024-25 competition season was one filled with both team and individual achievement across the board," Director of Athletics John Weber said. "It is a great testament and honor to have 22 dedicated student-athletes join this year's Walk of Champions class. They have shown the hard work, determination, talent and accomplishments it takes to reach this level of achievement as a Ram over their careers."
 
The 22 newcomers to the Walk of Champions is as follows:

The group of 22 will be honored as a part of the Hall of Fame and Ram Legends Weekend, Sept. 5-7. The group will be recognized on the field during the Ag Day football game Sept. 6 against Northern Colorado.
 
All Ram Legends will receive information about Ram Legends Weekend soon.
 
The Walk of Champions is based on the following criteria:
 
•             Must be at least a two-time letterman
 
AND
 
•             Departmental Annual Award Winner or
•             Conference Individual Award Winner or Individual Event Champion at conference meet (excluding relays) or
•             Career Record Holder in a major category or
•             First- or Second-Team All-American (excluding relays) or
•             Two-Time All-American which may include tiers beyond first or second team or
•             Two-Time First-Team all-conference in team sports or
•             Three-Time all-conference (can be a combination of first- and second-team) in team sports or
•             Four-Time First-Team all-conference in individual sports or
•             Six-Time all-conference (can be a combination of first and second team) in individual sports or
•             At the discretion of the Director of Athletics
