GAME NOTES
- Saturday will mark the fifth time Colorado State and Oregon State will meet – the second in Canvas Stadium. The two played in the inaugural game of the facility in 2017 with the Rams winning, 58-27.
- The game will be the Pac-12 opener for both programs with it being the inaugural Pac-12 contest for the Rams.
- The series is tied 2-2 with the last game in 2024 going to double overtime before the Rams suffered a loss in Corvallis.
- Colorado State will be celebrating Homecoming and Family Weekend with the 4:00 PM kickoff the marquee for the weekend.
- With it being Homecoming and Family Weekend, the Rams are expected another over capacity crowd of 40K+, which would be the second of the season (Wyoming).
- The first homecoming at CSU was established in 1914 to bring alumni back to campus at least once a year. The first "Homecoming" game of record happened in 1922 – making this the 102nd game and holding a 53-47-1 record for the tradition.
- The game will feature two of the Pac-12's top receivers in RJ Vick and Jesse Legree – both the top in the league in receiving TDs and in the country (12th Vick- 4; 4th Legree- 6).
