Hilbert on Zimmerman: "Ciera is a setter from the Pacific Northwest and she is very competitive and loves volleyball. Both her high school and club programs are very successful. She has very natural leadership skills that we look for. She was someone that grew on me as I continued to watch her play and I am convinced that she will be a very good setter for us down the road."
Zimmerman on CSU: "I chose Colorado State for a number of reasons. The first reason was that CSU offers Psychology which is my major I intend to pursue. When I went on my visit, I fell in love with the campus, the facilities, and the city. Colorado and the city of Fort Collins just seemed like a place I would want to live. Along with these, playing volleyball for a team that has attended the NCAA Tournament 22 times in-a-row is quite an honor. The team, the coaches, and the program were all factors when I chose to be a Ram."
