Life happens and we get it. “It’s too late”. “I had a family emergency”. “My kids have a soccer game” We’re here to tell you, we hear you!
As a season ticket holder, you have the flexibility to exchange tickets for any home event that no longer fits your schedule with our Time Guarantee Program (some restrictions apply)
Frequently Asked QuestionsYes! If your busy schedule means you may have to miss out on two or more games, you are welcome to contact the ticket office to exchange those tickets for additional tickets to another game on the schedule! Some restrictions apply - see below for more details.
2. Is this only for night games?
No! We understand Ram fans have busy schedules. If a game occurs at any time that isn't convenient for you, please contact us to make the change!
3. I have two season tickets. Can I exchange one ticket for another football game and the other for a basketball game?
Yes! If your schedule and circumstance means that the best value to you, as a season ticket holder, is to mix-and-match your exchange, we can do that!
4. I am a premium seat holder. Does this apply to my situation?
Yes and no. Due to limited availability, should season ticket holders in premium locations choose to exchange their tickets for additional tickets to a different football game, the exchanged tickets may not be located in the same premium location. The Ram Club and the Rams Ticket Office will collaborate with Premium Seat Partners on the best location for the exchanged tickets.
5. How will the location of my exchanged tickets be determined?
Ticket exchanges may be redeemed for the same or lesser value per ticket for the new event selected, and the Rams Ticket Office will make every effort possible to seat you as close to your original seats as possible or find a new location to seat everyone in your group together.
How It Works
- Can’t make a game?
- Contact the Rams Ticket Office at least 5 business days before the event.
- Choose your exchange.
- Swap your tickets for another home game or a different CSU sport.
- Your new tickets are ready.
- Your original tickets are deactivated, and your new tickets will be issued for the selected event.
What to Know
- Exchange requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the original event.
- Exchanges must be completed in a single transaction and are valid for tickets of equal or lesser value.
- Seating locations are based on availability. We will do our best to provide seats comparable to your original location.
- Premium seat holders: exchanged seats may not be located within the same premium area based upon availability.
- Wyoming and BYU football games are excluded from football-to-football exchanges.
- All exchanges are subject to availability and at the discretion of CSU Athletics
