FB23 Spirit Day
Thank you for your interest in our 4th annual Spirit Day. We are looking forward to a fun filled day of performing & cheering on the Rams. Here you will see an overview of what the program, the game day itinerary, halftime performance details, and how to sign up.

PROGRAM DETAILS
All teams will perform one large spirit showcase for the crowd to see at halftime. The CSU Coaches will send out the music and count details to every team that registers for the day. You will then be able to choreograph your routine to showcase your teams style & skills. Every team will have their own designated space on the football field in order to execute their routine. In addition, every team will wear their own uniforms to perform in, this way you continue to represent and show your schools pride. *Added this year, a special mascot addition, so bring your mascot!
 
CHEER & POMS FULL DAY TIMELINE: 
  • 12:15 – 12:30 p.m. - Registration
    • Teams’ arrival & registration at CSU Practice Fields
    • Team Pictures on the practice fields
    • Teams begin to stretch and warmup
  • 1:00 p.m. - Coaches meeting and team performance run through with music on field
    • We will run the rehearsal performance exactly how it will be executed on the field for halftime
  • 2:00 p.m. - Participants will walk over to Ram Walk and prep for Rams football’s team arrival.
    • This is a parade and pep rally of Ram Fans welcoming in our Rams football team to the stadium.
  • 2:30 p.m. - Ram Walk Parade
    • All spirit teams will participate in the Ram Walk Parade
  • 3:30 p.m. - Free time
    • Ag day BBQ (if ticket is purchased) or eat/visit campus/Ram Town on own
  • 5:00 p.m. - Kickoff of game 
  • 1st Quarter 
    • Enjoy the game with your family & friends
  • 10-minutes remaining in the second quarter
    • Meet to go on field for halftime, in band tunnel (NE Corner of Canvas)
  • Halftime
    • Halftime Performance
    • Post performance teams are fully free to enjoy the remainder of the game & cheer on the RAMS
HALFTIME PERFORMANCE DETAILS
  • All teams will need to be in the designated spot by the start of the 2nd quarter. At that time, all teams will re-stretch and warm up for the performance. (Only coaches and athletes are permitted on the field).
  • All teams will perform and the start of halftime and then be escorted back to the meeting spot following the conclusion of the performance.
  • We will be facing West for the performance. In addition, you will be spotlighted on the big screen for the full stadium to see.
