Taylor Sinclair joined the men's basketball staff in June of 2023 as the director of men's basketball operations. In her position, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the program. A native of Lubbock, Texas, she came to CSU from Texas Tech where she was at for the past eight years.
She held various positions, ultimately serving as the Director of Operations. In the role, Taylor successfully oversaw the day-to-day operations of the program, managing aspects such as budgeting, travel logistics and meal arrangements.
During Taylor's tenure with the Red Raiders, the team achieved remarkable success, making five NCAA appearances, reaching the Sweet 16 three times, advancing to the Elite Eight twice and making the National Championship game in 2019.
She earned both her master's and bachelor's degrees in Sport Management from Texas Tech.
