Kim Mbadinga-Nzamba is Colorado State's Director of Inclusive Excellence, a role she was promoted to in Aug. 2022.
In this role, Mbadinga-Nzamba lead the department’s inclusive excellence initiatives and has a direct reporting line to the Office of the Vice President of Inclusive Excellence. She returned to her alma mater as the Assistant Director of Diversity and Inclusion and joined the office of student-athlete support services in 2019.
A Native of El Paso, Texas and a former women's basketball player and coach for the Rams, she earned her B.A. at CSU in Liberal Arts Social Science in 1998.
She and her husband, Eric, have a son, Daniel, twins Vanessa and Alyssa.
