Megan Rakoczy will enter her third season on the Colorado State women’s basketball staff as the Director of Creative Productions/Social Media in 2021-22.

Prior to joining the women's basketball staff, Rakoczy wasn't too far - a floor below at RamVision. She held that position for a year after spending the rest of her time freelancing since her CSU graduation in 2016. She has lent a hand in DoD Warrior Games, MLB in Omaha 2019, American Ninja Warrior, CU BuffVision, and Pac-12 Network.

She graduated from Colorado State in Spring of 2016 (Journalism and Media Communications with a minor in Music, Stage, and Sports Production). She held an assortment of media positions while in school. During all four years on campus, Rakoczy worked as an AV technician for Lory Student Center Event Services. She was a visual editor and photographer for College Avenue Magazine. Additionally, she worked from RAMProductions as the Technical Director and Videographer for performances at the University Center of the Arts, CSU Lagoon Concert Series, and CSU Athletics sporting events. 

Rakoczy also served as an exchange student mentor, guiding students from Australia and Germany during their study abroad terms. 

Rakoczy grew up in a military family so there are many places in this world she calls home, however she attended Bellbrook High School in Dayton, Ohio. She attributes Italy and Hawaii as where she discovered her curiosity for the world, culture, and passion for storytelling. She bought her first camera at age 10 to start her story.
