Hope Nepstad came to Colorado State as part of Jay Novell's initial staff in January 2022 where she currently serves as an Assistant Director of Strength and Speed.
Nepstad spent four years of her undergrade at Nevada and working with Assistant Head Coach - Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Jordan Simmons. Nepstad is the first female assistant director of strength and speed dedicated solely to DI football.
