CSU recognized Poudre Valley REA "High Energy Students of the Game" during this past Saturday's final home men's basketball game.
Five students from Windsor School District were presented with a plaque and recognized during this past weekend's CSU Men's Basketball game for the Poudre Valley REA "High Energy Student of the Game" program. Students were selected by each participating school based on their energy in and out of the classroom. This weekend's recipients were:
Larry Johnson, a 5th grader from Charter Elementary, is an extremely active young man who was selected not only because he is an outstanding student academically, but also has excellent character.
Mallory Mullen is a 5th grader from Skyview and was selected because she consistently goes above and beyond a student's call of duty, rather than use her spare time to play, Mallory is usually among a group of students assisting staff with projects.
Dylan Ochsner, a 5th grader from Grandview Elementary, has been selected because of his work ethic, strong abilities, and his demonstration of respect, responsibility and citizenship. He likes to read and play sports in his free time.
Clayton Cochran is a 3rd grader from Mountain View Elementary. Students from Mountain View were nominated based on good citizenship and their interest in sports. Clayton enjoys playing baseball, basketball and roping.
Tori Thomas, a 2nd grader from Tozer, was selected because she is an outstanding individual displaying a high level of character, a member of the elite Presidential Fitness Challenge, and her dedicated work ethic helps her succeed in and out of the classroom!
Congratulations to this weekend's recipients of the Poudre Valley REA "High Energy Student of the Game" program!
