Rams Remain in Fourth, Ferguson tied for Eighth

ST. GEORGE, Utah - The Colorado State women's golf team remained in fourth place Friday after carding a 312 in the second round of the Mountain West Championships.

Leading the Rams again is Stefanie Ferguson, who fired a 77 in today's round and is tied for eighth place. Megan Chapman moved up one spot and is in a tie for 14^th after replicating her round of 78 she shot yesterday. Natalie Stone (78) and Amber Ward (79) are both tied for 17^th place. Rounding out the scoring for the team is Kasey Claussen, who sits in 31^st after her round today of 83.

The Rams are 27 strokes back from leader BYU, and have a 10 stroke advantage over fifth place UNLV.

The final round will begin Saturday with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
