Your Board of Directors will initiate the 2008 membership drive in February this year. One of the reasons is to get an earlier start on selecting our 2008 CSU Sports Hall of Fame inductees. Please watch for your renewal information coming soon!
Sports photos from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s for VAC lounge still needed
The VAC lounge has very few photos of individual athletes or any team photos from the 80s and none for the 90s or 2000s. If you have photos you'd like to donate for display in the lounge, please let us know. We'd be especially interested in photos that are framed and ready for display. Please contact Rich Gregory at rwg57@comcast.net for mailing information.
Wall of All-Americans planned for VAC lounge
The Board has compiled the names of CSU All-Americans in every varsity sport. Plans are to develop a display honoring these athletes for our VAC lounge. We intend to complete the display in time for the 2008-2009 football season.
VAC Board members needed
Several current board members completed their three-year terms in December. If any alumni athletes in the region are interested in becoming a board member, please contact Rich Gregory (rwg57@comcast.net) for more information.
First there were the Aggies, and then came the Rams. From one generation to the next, our teams have proudly marched out onto the field, the court, the deck, and the course to uphold the titles and traditions that have been passed down through the ages. It has been through the generosity of our donors that many of our student-athletes have been able to make their dreams come true.
