BOULDER CITY, Nev. – The Colorado State women's golf team finished its fall schedule at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown posting an eighth place finish after concluding the third and final round with a two-over par 290. For the three-day tournament, the Rams finished two-over with a 291-292-281--866. Ellen Secor led the Rams, finishing tied for 16th after posting a three-under 69 during the third round for a tournament total three-under 75-69-69--213.

Secor played consistent during the final round, making four birdies – two on the front, two on the back – while inking just one bogey on the day. The junior totaled eight birdies during the Showdown, including an eagle during the second round. Secor's 69 scores were the lowest of the season and the lowest since the 2016-17 season.

Katrina Prendergast finished the Showdown in 18th place after carding a two-over 74 during the final day. The senior carded a birdie on the front course, but had a hiccup just before the turn to sit at three-over. On the back nine, Prendergast inked three birdies to record a one-under to finish the day at two-over. The senior totaled a team-best 15 birdies over the three-rounds, including a round-best seven in the opening round.
