Introduction of single-game and mini-plan parking one of many new enhancements to CSU Football game days in 2018

FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Fans who attend Colorado State football games in 2018 with single-game or mini-plan tickets will now have the option to purchase parking passes. Parking for those ticket holders is available now in a variety of lots on the Colorado State campus either online (single-game | mini-plan) or by calling the Rams Sales Team at 800-491-RAMS (7267)

The Rams kick off their exciting 2018 home schedule next Saturday, Aug. 25, vs. Hawai'i at 5:30 p.m. at Canvas Stadium. Season tickets also remain available, with seven-game plans starting as low as $250, by calling the Rams Sales Team or going online to www.CSURams.com/tickets.

Patrons are encouraged to purchase single-game parking well enough in advance to allow proper time for passes to be mailed to them, or may choose to claim their parking pass at the McGraw Center Ticket office prior to the day of the game.

Parking for three-game mini-plan ticket holders is $50 per pass, and is available in Lots 325, 330, 332, 335, 610 and 613 (see campus parking lot map here).

Single-game parking may be purchased in advance only, by calling the sales team.

RV parking will be available on a single-game basis in the Moby Arena lot, and also may be purchased in advance or on a cash basis on game days. Pricing for the Arkansas (Sept. 8) and Wyoming (Oct. 26) games is $450 per game, and for the Hawai'i (Aug. 25), Illinois State (Sept. 22), New Mexico (Oct. 13) and Utah State (Nov. 17) games is $250 per game.

Single-game parking for the Aug. 31 Rocky Mountain Showdown against Colorado at Broncos Stadium at Mile High is available for $25 and may be purchased online here.

When the Rams kick off their second season at the on-campus Canvas Stadium on Aug. 25 against Hawai'i, fans will enjoy a number of new enhancements to their game-day experience. New this year is the Coors Light Ram Walk Tailgate, located just north of Canvas Stadium on Meridian Ave. The free tailgate, hosted by the CSU Alumni Association, Athletics and the Division of External Relations, is presented in partnership with High Country Beverage, Coors Light and the Bohemian Foundation, and offers Stadium Sessions performances, TV, and food, beer and wine for purchase.

Located at the intersection of Meridian Ave. and Hughes Way, just steps from Canvas Stadium's north gates, the Coors Light Ram Walk Tailgate opens four hours before kickoff of each Colorado State home football game. Approximately two hours before each game the Rams football team passes by the tailgate on its Ram Walk march down Meridian Ave. to enter the stadium, led by the CSU marching band and cheer and pom squads.

The CSU Rams Game Day Weekend experience kicks off on Friday nights (4:30-6:30 p.m.) at the New Belgium Porch, inside Canvas Stadium's north plaza, featuring free performances by top Colorado bands as part of Stadium Sessions. The first Football Friday performance will feature Lois and the Lantern on Aug. 24, followed by Emma Marie and Guerrilla Fanfare on Saturday, Aug. 25, before the season opener

While the lineup is still being finalized and is subject to change, other acts already booked include Whippoorwill, A.J. Fullerton, Gasoline Lollipops, The Patti Fiasco, 12 Cents for Marvin, Taylor Shae, Danielle Ate the Sandwich, The Burroughs, Grace Kuch and Julia Kirkwood. Booking and event coordination were a joint effort between CSU and the Bohemian Foundation's live music booking team.

The Friday performance on Oct. 12 will be held on the Oval due to Homecoming, and there will be a two-band performance in the Ram Walk area on Friday, Oct. 26, before the Rams play the Wyoming Cowboys.

Enhanced tailgating options also are available in 2018 in partnership with Tailgate Guys. For more information on tailgating options please visit http://www.CSURams.com/tailgate.

Much more information about game days at Canvas Stadium can be found on the Rams' football game day page, including everything from tickets to parking, tailgating, game day logistics and much more. The website can be found at www.CSURams.com/footballgameday.
