Friday’s Senior Day Closes the Regular Season

FORT COLLINS, COLO. – The Colorado State women's soccer team caps off its regular season slate with Senior Day against Wyoming Friday at 3 p.m. on the CSU Soccer Field.
Colorado State Quick Hits:
- Last weekend, the Rams, who are experiencing the program's best season at 12-5-1 (7-3 MW), secured their first spot in the Mountain West Championship tournament
- Senior midfielder Caeley Lordemann notched three goals – including a game winner in overtime – and two assists to garner Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week honors
- In the series' history with Wyoming, Colorado State is 0-6, however the Rams have picked up four first-time wins this season against Mountain West opponents
- The seniors that will be honored after the game include: Maddie Lesjak, Sydney Hall, Alex Lanning, Maddie Kessler, Danielle Laughrey, Caeley Lordemann, Halley Havlicek,
Wyoming Quick Hits:
- The Cowgirls sit at 7-7-4 overall and 4-5-1 in the Mountain West. Wyoming needs to win to get into the Mountain West Tournament as the Cowgirls are eighth in the conference going into the weekend. A win would most likely sit up a rematch with CSU who have locked in the No. 3 spot
- Wyoming is coming off a weekend in which they went 1-1 against the same Nevada teams CSU went 2-0 off of to obtain the spot in the tournament
- A total of eight different players have scored for Wyoming with Indianna Asimus and Jamie Tatum leading the charge with six goals apiece. Tatum has a team-high 52 shots with 33 on goal.
- In the net has been a mixed bag for Wyoming with Hannah Lee seeing majority of the minutes and a team-high 63 saves. Riley Furbush also has spent time in the net with 38 saves in 13 games played
