PUERTO VALLARTA, Mex., – The Colorado State women's golf team concluded play the Hawkeye El Tigre finishing in ninth place with a 308-303-296--907. The Rams were led by senior Katrina Prendergast who carded a team-low four-under 68 in the final round to finished tied for fifth.
Prendergast started on the back nine and made the turn at four-under after inking three birdies and an eagle. The senior played even on the front to finish the day with a four-under 68 for the round – the lowest of the weekend.
Jessica Sloot followed, finishing tied for 37th with a three-over 75 during the final round. The junior played even golf for the most part of the round, making bogy on just three holes. Ellen Secor and Saga Traustadottir ended the tournament tied for 39th as Traustadottir signed a two-over 74 during the final day.
