CSU Athletics Ticket Office and Ram Club Updates

As the Northern Colorado region continues to fight the spread of the COVID-19, and in accordance with federal and state government recommendations, the Colorado State University Athletic Ticket Office is currently working remotely.

While the McGraw Athletic Center Colorado State University Athletic Ticket Office location is currently closed, the CSU Athletics Ticket Office staff and Ram Club remain available and eager to assist you with any needs during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. There are a variety of ways to connect with the ticket office including:

E-MAIL:
The quickest way to connect with the ticket office is by emailing RamTix@colostate.edu. The account will be continuously monitored by the ticket office team for a prompt reply during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

LIVE CHAT:
CLICK HERE, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click into the chat box on the bottom left of the screen. The live chat is only monitored during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The ticket office can be reached by phone at 970-491-RAMS (7267). Please leave a voicemail, and a CSU ticket office representative will return your message during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

RAM CLUB:
If you need any assistance regarding your Ram Club account or donations, the Ram Club team is also working remotely and able to help. You can contact the Ram Club by calling 970-491-4666, or emailing RamClub@Colostate.edu during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Please note: Effective immediately, all charitable donations to Colorado State University are to be made online. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on-campus operations are limited and the processing of donations made by check or mailed will be delayed. To make a gift online, please visit www.csurams.com/give.
