Hilbert Reaches 300-Win Club with Win at Nevada

Head Volleyball Coach Tom Hilbert won his 300th Mountain West match with a 3-1 win in Reno.
RENO, Nev. – Head Volleyball Coach, Tom Hilbert has reached many milestones in his tenure and tonight he reached another; his 300th Mountain West victory. He is the only coach in Mountain West Conference history to reach 300 Mountain West wins across any sport. The Rams moved back into the win column with a 3-1 win at Nevada on Friday night.

- The Rams were led by Breana Runnels, flooring 16 kills, while also adding a trio of serve aces
- Jacqi Van Liefde had a career night, recording a career-high 11 kills and swing at .500. The redshirt sophomore also put up a pair of solo blocks
- Karina Leber reached double-figure kills in the win, landing 10 and adding three blocks
- Ciera Zimmerman dished out 41 assists and contributed a team-best four blocks and six digs
- CSU finished hitting .346 on the night and kept the Wolf Pack to a .217 mark, adding 10 blocks
- Colorado State has dropped the first set in every match so far this season
- Neither team led by more than four during the first three sets
- The Rams hit .600 in the final frame, while keeping Nevada to .120
