CSU Back In Moby For Next Two, Starting With Nevada on Jan. 25 at 7 p.m.

The Rams and Wolf Pack meet for the first time in Fort Collins since 2019-20, when CSU won in dramatic fashion on Isaiah Stevens' jumper as time expired

Opening Tip
• Colorado State will return to Moby Arena for a pair of Mountain West games, starting with Nevada on Tue., Jan. 25 at 7 p.m.. (originally scheduled to tip at 9 p.m. but moved up at the request of TV).
• The game will be broadcast on FS1 with Dan Hellie and former Stanford standout and NBA player Casey Jacobsen on the call.
• The audio will be on the Colorado State Sports Radio Network (along with online at CSURams.com), with Brian Roth and Adam Nigon handling the broadcast. CSU Sports Network broadcasts can be also accessed on mobile devices through the Varsity Network app (free on all Apple and Android devices).   1. Returning all five starters and eight letterwinners from last year's 16-10 team that finished at 10-7 and fifth in the Mountain West, Nevada was picked to finish third in the league in the preseason poll.
  2. Nevada leads the series 16-10, but CSU has a 6-4 advantage in Fort Collins.
  3. Overall the 15-1 mark through 16 games is the best start to a season in program history, surpassing the 14-2 record by the 1953-54 Aggies who finished 22-7, 12-2 in the Skyline Conference to win the league and advance to the NCAA Tournament, and the 2014-15 Rams, who finished 27-7 and played in the NIT.
  4. All-time, CSU is 10-15 in games played on Jan. 25, but 7-7 in Fort Collins.
  5. CSU has a record of 580-240 (.709) record all-time at Moby Arena, including 31-5 the last 2+ years under Medved.
  6. For the second straight week, the Rams are in the USA Today Coaches Top 25, moving up to No. 22 after re-entering at No. 23 last week.
  7. Junior Isaiah Stevens is 22nd in the country at 5.5 assists per game and third in Division I with a 3.52 assist-to-turnover ratio.
  8. In the second half this year, CSU is shooting at a stellar 55.3 percent clip from the field, 37.6 percent from the arc and limiting opponents to 44.8 and 30.9, respectively, while forcing 1.2 more turnovers a game in the second half.
  9. Juniors Isaiah Stevens and John Tonje and seniors Kendle Moore and Adam Thistlewood are all in CSU's top-30 for 3-point field goal percentage.
  10. The Rams will be back in Moby Arena on Fri., Jan. 28 at 7 p.m., hosting UNLV for the Bigger Than Basketball game in conjunction with UCHealth.
