Rams Return to Action Wednesday against the Broncos

Colorado State returns to the court after eight days off
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The eight-day hiatus comes to an end Wednesday night as Colorado State men's basketball hosts Boise State at 8 pm. The Rams and Broncos will square off on FS1 and over K99.1.

- Colorado State snapped its five-game losing streak with a 69-53 win at Air Force last Tuesday.
- The senior duo of Isaiah Stevens and John Tonje combined for 41 points in the win scoring 20 and 21, respectively.
- Over the past two games the two have combined for 86 points, scoring at least 20 in both games.
- James Moors had another strong game off the bench with seven points and a team-leading seven rebounds.

Scouting the Broncos
After winning the Mountain West title last season, Leon Rice has his team in the thick of the title race again this year at 19-6 overall and 9-3 in the Mountain West.

The Broncos have arguably the most productive starting five in the conference with all five averaging over 9.5 points per game. Sophomore Tyson Degenhart leads the way with 14.4 per game and is second in rebounds at 5.4.

Max Rice (13.6), Marcus Shaver Jr. (13.4) and Chibuzo Agbo (11.5) are all in double figures as well.

Defense has been impressive for Boise State as well holding teams to 61.2 points and shooting just 28.0% from downtown. Those two marks rank 12th and seventh in the nation.

Colorado State's final three road games will all take place in the state of California. Two of those three games happening in back-to-back games. CSU travels to Fresno State on Saturday before facing San Diego State on Tuesday.
