CSU men’s basketball looks to end three-game homestand undefeated
FORT COLLINS – Colorado State men's basketball closes out its three-game homestand to open the 2024-25 season on Tuesday when Denver makes the trip up I-25 to face the Rams at 7 p.m. MT inside Moby Arena.

Opening Tip
- Colorado State needed overtime to improve to 2-0 on the year defeating Tennessee State 87-79.
- Nique Clifford and Jalen Lake had career night's scoring with 31 and 22 points, respectively.
- Clifford picked up his second double-double of the year grabbing 13 rebounds to go with the 31 points.
- Lake connected on a career-best six shots and seven free throws.
- Freshman Kyle Jorgensen picked up Mountain West Freshman of the Week honors after averaging 9.0 points and 6.0 rebounds in his first two games. He scored seven straight points for the Rams in overtime to lift them past TSU.

Scouting the Pioneers
Fourth year head coach Jeff Wulbrun looks to continue the upward trajectory of his program after reaching the Summit League title game last season.
The Pioneers enter Tuesday 1-1 on the year with a loss at Stanford and win vs Western Colorado.
DU has a quartet of players averaging double figures scoring, led by DeAndre Craig and Sebastian Atkins 13.5 each.
What's Ahead
The Rams hit the road for the first time in 2024-25 when they go south to take on Ole Miss. While labeled a neutral site game, the match up does take place in Southaven, Mississippi, just outside Memphis.
