FORT COLLINS - Colorado State is back on the road this weekend, this time down south to Colorado Springs for the final event before the holiday break. Coming off an opening weekend where multiple school records were set, the Rams have their work cut out for them at a two-day event.

Meet Notes

Cole Nordman had a career day at the Wyoming Power Invite last Saturday and was rewarded with Mountain West Men's Track Athlete of the Week honors. Nordman will be competing this weekend in Colorado Springs, after breaking the CSU program record in the 55-meter dash last weekend.

Ismael Dembele finished first place in the long jump last week in Laramie. He competes again this weekend and looks to keep his momentum going after a successful sophomore season. Dembele finished fifth place in the long jump at the MW Outdoor Championships last spring.

Jo-Anna Pinnock returns to competition after a second-place finish in the long jump last week in Wyoming. Pinnock competed in the NCAA West Regionals last spring and had numerous top five finishes across the season in both the triple and long jump.

Multi-event athlete Tereza Babicka looks to compete in the pentathlon for the first time this season. Babicka finished second in the event last year at the MW Indoor Championships.
