FORT COLLINS –Coming off a run to the Mountain West championship game in 2023, Colorado State's women's soccer team will host Idaho State on Thursday at 7 p.m., to open the season. They will follow up with a trip to Lincoln to face Nebraska on Sunday at noon.

Thursday's match marks the first match at the team's new complex.

CSU vs Idaho State will be broadcast on the Mountain West Network while the match against Nebraska will be on Big Ten+.

Series History

The Rams won 2-1 against Idaho State last year, winning both times the two programs have played. The Bengals finished 4-13-2 overall, and 2-4-2 in conference play.

Quick Kicks

The Rams posted a 12-5-6 overall record, going 6-3-2 in conference play in 2023.
Three key returners Mia Casey, Avery Vander Ven, and Liv Stutzman were all named to the 2024 Mountain West watch list.
The roster features 16 returners, with a total of three newcomers added.
Olivia Fout was a first-team All-Mountain West selection and named the MW Newcomer of the Year last season, with returners Vander Ven, Casey and Sofia Coulombe named to the all-newcomer team. Casey and Vander Ven were also second-team all-conference selections.

What's Ahead
Colorado State hits the road to face Northern Colorado on Thursday, August 22 at 7 p.m., and then will host Cal Baptist Sunday, August 25 at 1:00 p.m., for the grand opening of the CSU Soccer Complex.
