Colorado State is continuing conference play at home

FORT COLLINS – The Rams only conference win has been at home and now they have another weekend of home matches.

Colorado State women's tennis is set to play UNLV on Friday (1 p.m.) and San Diego on Sunday 11 a.m.) at the CSU Tennis Complex. If weather becomes a factor Sunday, the match will be moved to the Fort Collins Country Club with a 1 p.m. start.

"Conference play has been fun even though we haven't been able to get the team result quite yet," coach Mai-Ly Tran said. "Every single match is competitive, and you don't know what could happen."

The Rebels are 3-0 during conference play having only played at home to this point. In the dual season, the team has a 12-3 record with Coco Zhao having the most singles wins (12-2) and the most doubles wins with partner Cindy Hu (11-2).

UNLV is one of only three undefeated teams in conference play for the Mountain West. The Rams have already faced the other two, San Jose and Nevada, losing both matches.

No. 49 San Diego State is 2-1 against the Mountain West with its only loss being on the road.

There will be a live stream and live scoring for both matches.
