CHATTANOOGA – The Colorado State women's golf team finished 11th overall at the Chattanooga Classic, hosted by Chattanooga in Ooltewah, Tennessee, Saturday afternoon playing +56 as a team with Kara Kaneshiro leading the Rams with a 16th-place individual finish. The Rams ended up playing 36-holes Saturday due to forecasted weather in Tennessee Sunday, playing in windy spring conditions all weekend.

Chattanooga Classic | Team Finish: 11th

Leading the way for the Rams was Kaneshiro who totaled four birdies across three rounds. She finished the tournament +7. The sophomore finished even in round two to start out day two in a field where no golfers finished under-par overall. Both of her second day round scores were an improvement on her day one round.
Freshman Jacinda Lee led the Rams through day one with a +3 first round score and three birdies in round one alone, adding one in each of the following two rounds. She finished 59^th individually with an overall score of +19.
At the 62 spot in individual rankings, Lacey Uchida finished +20 overall. Uchida totaled four birdies over the weekend with her second round her best of the weekend at +4.
Following close behind and tying for 66^th and rounding out the pack for the Rams was senior Katie Stinchcomb and Ebba Thalen. Both Rams finished +22 overall with Thalen leading the team in birdies with eight. Stinchcomb also totaled four birdies on the weekend including two in round three to finish strong for the Rams.

Up Next: Colorado State will play in its last regular season tournament of the season April 8 and 9 at the Liz Murphy Collegiate hosted by Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
