Lesnar secured her fourth-straight conference shot put championship two weekends ago and is looking to make a third-consecutive trip to the outdoor championships.
- Ismael Dembele is a double regional qualifier, making the cut in both the long jump and the triple jump. Dembele doubled up on gold medals at the MW Championships, setting the program record in the triple jump in the process with a mark of 15.82m/51-11 in the process.
- Leonardo Ramos made a late push into the men's shot put regionals with his monster PR of 18.36/60-3 that earned him a bronze medal at the MW Championships. Ramos is also set to compete in the hammer, joining teammates Adam Hellbom and Cameron Kalaf in the field.
- A trio of competitors from CSU are set to compete in the men's high jump, including conference indoor champion Timothy Johnson and conference outdoor champion Rhys Travis. The pair will be joined by freshman Ndayiragije Shukurani, who is the only one among the trio to clear seven feet this season.
- Kajsa Borrman and Klaire Kovatch both enter the meet projected to advance to nationals. Borrman comes in as the No. 11 hammer thrower in the west region, while Kovatch enters at No. 9 in the discus.
