2024 (Senior): Started in all 47 games primarily playing shortstop… finished the season with 57 hits in 140 at-bats, bringing her hitting percentage to .401 for the season, ranking first for the team and third in the Mountain West… totaled 13 doubles, five triples, tying for highest number of triples in the mountain West, and four home runs… brought in 34 RBI at the plate with a slugging percentage of .648… ranked 44 in NCAA for on-base percentage… lead the team with 28 walks for an on-base percentage of .500, which greatly contributed to the team leading the mountain West in on-base percentage… went 8-for-8 on stolen base attempts… recorded 42 putouts and 73 assists, ending the season with a .935 fielding percentage… started the season off strong against Pacific with 3 hits, all of which were RBI’s, February 9… contributed two hits and one run against Stanford February 25.


2023 (Junior): Appeared in and started in 43 games at short stop... finished the year with 42 hits in 128 at-bats, good for a .328 batting average which raked third on the team and 18th in the Mountain West... added four doubles and a triple for a total of 48 bases on the season... brought in 20 RBI at the plate with a .375 slugging percentage... drew a team second best 18 walks for a .412 on base percentage which ranked 19th in the conference... was 6-for-6 on stolen bases attempts... recorded 69 putouts and 75 assists, which ranked 14th in the Mountain West, at short stop with a .929 fielding percentage... had 12 multiple-hit games... had three hits vs. Iowa State April 21, including two doubles... had four multiple-RBI including a three-RBI game vs Nevada May 6... had three separate four-game hit steaks

2022 (Sophomore): Appeared in 29 games, making 22 starts… finished the year batting .254 with 15 hits... had a .356 slugging and a .357 on-base percentage… had three multiple hit games… while in the field she recorded a .884 fielding percentage, including 15 putouts and 23 assists… recorded a four-game hitting streak

2021 (Freshman) [Game-by-Game Stats]: Appeared in 28 games, making 23 starts with 12 at second, one at short, one in right and nine as DP... Finished third on the team with a .301 batting average... Recorded 22 hits, including four doubles and triple... Made her first collegiate start in the season opener against Texas Tech (2/20)... Recorded her first hit and homer at Northern Colorado (3/5)... Finished the year with eight RBI, slugging .466 and an on-base mark of .363... Had six games with multiple hits and had a four-game hitting streak during the season... Finished the year on a five-game on-base streak... While in the field she posted a .941 fielding percentage, making 19 putouts and 29 assists.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Punahou School in the spring of 2020… Coached by David "Boy" Eldredge, Kehau Aina, Mark Rasmussen, Marc Matsubara… Two-time All-Conference and All-State second baseman... Part of the National Honors Society.

PERSONAL: Born on May 22, 2002... Daughter of Denise Iseri-Matsubara and Marc Matsubara... Has an older sister Deidra... Majoring in biomedical sciences... Favorite athlete is Christian Yelich... Chose CSU because: "I chose Colorado State because of the rare opportunity to play D1 softball AND pursue an amazing education. Colorado State is also known for having a top-rated biological/biomedical science program as well, and that's what I'm interested in. When I visited, everything just seemed to be a great fit for me. From the coaches and team to the school environment, CSU was like finding the needle in the haystack and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to attend this University."
