Softball Announces Spring Schedule

Colorado State softball head coach Mary Yori announced the Rams' spring schedule today. The 2007 spring slate is highlighted by five tournaments and 12 dates at Ram Field.
The Rams will open their spring schedule against New Mexico State Feb. 8 in Las Cruces, N.M. They will follow with the Hilton Las Cruces Classic February 9-11, teams to be announced.
The first home game of the season will feature the Bears of Northern Colorado in a double header March 3 beginning at 12 p.m. Conference play is set to begin April 8 at 1 p.m. against the University of New Mexico Lobos at Ram Field. Colorado State will wrap up the regular season May 12 in Albuquerque, N.M. against New Mexico.
The conference schedule will follow a new format this year with conference champions chosen based on conference play, with no conference tournament to be played.
