Softball Alters Fall Schedule

The Colorado State softball head coach Mary Yori announced some changes to the Rams' fall schedule today.
The Triple Cown Tournament that was scheduled for Oct. 1 in Fort Collins, Colo. has been canceled. Instead, the Rams are set to face the UNC Bears in a double header on Sept. 29 in Greeley, Colo. beginning at 4 p.m.
The Triple Crown Fall Classic, set for this weekend, will remain unchanged. Saturday, the Rams will play Fort Lewis at 9:30 a.m. and CSU-Pueblo at 11:30 a.m. at Ram Field before heading to the Triple Crown Field to face Regis at 3 p.m. The Rams are scheduled for two single matchups at home with Colorado School of Mines and Western Nebraska on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., respectively.
The Rams will close the fall season with the University of Nebraska Fall Tournament in Lincoln, Neb. on Oct. 7 and 8.
The spring softball season is set to begin February 8 against New Mexico State in Las Cruces, N.M.
