Softball postpones fall debut

The Colorado State softball team will open the 2007 fall exhibition season at home with a doubleheader against the Northern Colorado Bears Oct. 23, and will not compete in this weekend's UCCS Classic in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Following the twin bill against UNC, the Rams continue fall action in the Triple Crown Fall Classic, Sept. 28-30. All CSU games for the tournament will be contested at Ram Field. The team closes the fall season with the annual alumni game Oct. 7.
The Rams open the spring season at the Cathedral City Kickoff, Feb. 8 in Palm Springs, Calif.
