  • Colorado State prepares to welcome Wyoming for the first Border War contest to be played in Canvas Stadium, in a Friday night clash of MW Mountain Division rivals. The two programs—playing for the 109th time—battle annually for the Bronze Boot, held for the last two years by Wyoming. The game will be televised on CBS Sports Network, and be the Rams' third Friday night game this season (Aug. 31 vs. Colorado and Oct. 19 at Boise State).
  • The Rams rank 12th in FBS in offensive first downs gained (189) and 14th in passing offense (307.5).

  • Williams' 12 receptions in the Sept. 8 win over Arkansas tied for second-most in a game in CSU program history.
  • Williams (9-154, 1 TD) and sophomore WR Warren Jackson (9-105, 2 TDs) each surpassed the 100-yard receiving mark in Friday's loss at Boise State. It was Williams' fourth 100+ game of 2018 and Jackson's first.
  • Grad transfer QB K.J. Carta-Samuels ranks 6th in FBS in passing yards (2,172), 11th in passing touchdowns (18) and 17th in completions per game (22.2).
