THIS WEEK: The Colorado State women's golf team will continue its spring schedule this week at the Gold Rush in Seal Beach, Calif., at the Old Ranch Country Club.

FORMAT
The Gold Rush is a two-day, 54-hole tournament with 36 holes played on Monday and the final 18 played on Tuesday. Both days will start with a 9 a.m. MT shotgun start. The top-four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.

LAST TIME
The Rams competed at the Gold Rush last season and finished in third place, one of the best finishes of the season. CSU carded a 28-over par 892 for the three rounds, led by Ellen Secor who finished one-under par (215) for second place. Katrina Prendergast followed tied for 15th with a nine-over 225.

CHAMPIONS
Colorado State took home championship honors at the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate, Oct. 5-7 in Highlands Ranch, Colo. The Rams turned in a four-under 860 after finishing all three rounds under par. The score was the second lowest three-round score in program history. The first place finish was also the first time since the 2009-10 season when the Rams tied for first at the MountianView Invitational.

UP NEXT
The Rams will continue the spring season and head to Provo, Utah for the Entrada Classic, March 11-12 at Entrada Golf Course.
