Trio named First-Team Google Cloud Academic All-District from CoSIDA

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – A trio of Colorado State softball players, senior catcher Lauren Buchanan, junior shortstop Haley Donaldson and sophomore outfielder Jordan Acosta, were named to the first-team Google Cloud Academic All-District from CoSIDA, the association announced. The three Rams are now eligible to become Academic All-Americans, which will be announced in June.

The 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Softball Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The Google Cloud Academic All-America® program separately recognizes softball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
The Google Cloud Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages and are divided into eight geographic districts across the United States and Canada.
