Women’s Golf Closes Fall Schedule in Hawaii

Colorado State women’s golf tees off the Rainbow Wahine Invitational Monday
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Colorado State women's golf heads to the tropical climate of Hawaii just as the temperatures take a dip next week to conclude the fall portion of their schedule. The Rams are one of 13 teams competing in the Rainbow Wahine Invitational at Kapolei Golf Club on the island of O'ahu, October 24-26.
CSU aims to close the fall strong already recording three top 10 finishes this year. The Rams most recently finished eighth at the DU Ron Moore Invitational earlier this month. Panchalika Arphamongkol and Andrea Bergsdottir earned top 25 finishes at the event tying for 15th and 25th, respectively.
Pa. Arphamongkol has finished in the top 25 of all three tournaments this year.
The field in Hawaii includes fellow Mountain West competition Fresno State and Wyoming along with GolfStat No. 26 ranked team College of Charleston and host Hawaii.
Head Coach Laura Cilek will trot out the lineup of Panchalika Arphamongkol, Andrea Bergsdottir, Pemika Arphamongkol, Sofia Torres and Lacey Uchida.
The 54-hole tournament will have a shotgun start each day at 9 am HT/1 pm MT. Live results can be found on GolfStat.
