Boise State shot 59.2% against Colorado State
BOISE, Idaho – A hot shooting night from Boise State was too much to overcome as Colorado State fell to the Broncos 80-59 Saturday evening. BSU shot 59.2% for the game while holding CSU to 41.1%.

The teams played a tightly contested game early with Boise State leading by two with 8:54 left.

The Broncos went on a 17-0 run from that point to take control of the game. CSU went without a field goal for over six minutes leading to a first half percentage of 42.9%. Meanwhile, Boise could not miss making 71.4% of their shots. The Rams were held without a three-pointer in the half to trail 44-29.

Colorado State came out strong to open the second half using a 9-0 run to cut the deficit to six with 14:45 left in the game. But then Boise State answered again with a quick 5-0 run building the lead back to 11 and never looked back.
