Bridgette Hutton

Bridgette Hutton begins her second season on Colorado State's staff in 2021, moving from a volunteer coach to graduate manager. Hutton accepted the invite to stay involved with the program after finishing a record-setting career for the Rams from 2016-2019. In the Fall of 2020 Hutton began working towards a Master’s Degree in social work at Colorado State and will continue to be an instrumental help to the softball operations.
As a pitcher, she was a 2x Mountain West All-Conference honoree, including named to the NFCA All-Region Third Team her final season. She holds numerous records for the Green and Gold while in the circle: No. 2 games started (84), No. 2 innings pitched (591.2), No. 3 wins (45), No. 4 shutouts (13), No. 6 strikeouts (331) and is 1-of-4 pitchers to throw a no hitter in Colorado State history,(Idaho State - 2/28/19).
Born in Denver, Colorado and raised in Platteville, Colorado, Hutton graduated from Colorado State in May 2019 with a degree in psychology. Hutton is no stranger to Colorado State and the softball program as her mother Christine played softball for CSU, as well as her two older sisters Taylor (grad. 2015) and Haley (grad. 2017). Her grandfather, Fred Oglesby, played football at CSU as well as her uncle Luke Oglesby played baseball.
