FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Colorado State volleyball spring season is quickly drawing to a close, as the Rams – two-time defending Mountain West Conference champions - continue training and preparation for their exhibition finale against one of the top professional teams in the world, Tianjin (China) Bridgestone.

The Tianjin Bridgestone squad, which last week collected its eighth-overall and fifth-consecutive league championship - has arrived in the U.S. and begins its exhibition tour this week with matches against Big Ten opponent Illinois (Tuesday) and future Big Ten member Nebraska (Saturday), before coming to Fort Collins to take on the Rams.  The team will then conclude its tour in California, playing matches against Concordia and UC Irvine.

The match between Tianjin and the Rams is scheduled for April 26 at 7 p.m., and will be played under international rules.  It will count as the fourth-and-final competition date allowed by the NCAA during CSU’s offseason workouts.

General-admission tickets are just $5 for adults and $2 for youth (17 and under), while all full-time CSU students will receive free admission with a valid student I.D. card.  All tickets will be sold the night of competition at the Moby Arena box office located on the north concourse.  Doors will open at 6 p.m.
