QUOTES
Head Coach Jen Fisher on the win…
"We are showing a lot of fight and letting a lot of little things help us. When we hit the ball hard, have hard slides and beat forces, I think we're putting pressure on the (opponent's) defense – more than I've seen in the past. Fresno State made some great plays on defense, but we're suffocating. I'm very proud of our team, up and down the lineup, because everyone is getting it and doing their job. If they are disappointed, they are fighting it better. Softball is a difficult sport and they are finding ways to feel successful, which is really important."

Fisher on sweeping Fresno State for the first time…
"It says a lot about our team this year. They are all really dialed in, playing our game and our kind of ball and executing. They aren't worrying about what name is on the other team. We have our scouts, but we are ready to go up against anyone. When you have the memory of success ingrained in your brain, it is a lot easier to draw on it. I'm proud of them and I hope we can keep building on this."

UP NEXT
Colorado State will hit the road for its first Mountain West Conference games of the season playing at New Mexico, March 22-24, for a three-game series.
