Group of position coaches join the staff
FORT COLLINS – Head Football Coach Jim Mora announced four additions to his coaching staff, along with promotions and adjustments. Jordan Frost-Dixon has been hired as the linebackers coach, Caleb Wilson as wide receivers coach, Drew Anderson as assistant wide receivers and William Vlachos joins the staff as a senior defensive analyst.
Â
Frost-Dixon comes to Fort Collins after spending the past four seasons at Bryant as the linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator. Wilson joins the Rams from Washington where he was a wide receivers quality control coach for the past two seasons. Anderson comes to CSU also from Bryant where he was the quarterbacks coach for the past three seasons. Vlachos spent the 2025 season at Miami as an offensive analyst.
Â
While at Bryant, Frost-Dixon helped build one of the most productive position groups in program history while the Bulldogs transitioned to FBS. Prior to Bryant, Frost-Dixon stopped at the University of Arkansas at Monticello for two seasons after starting his coaching career at his alma mater, Middle Tennessee State.
Â
Wilson started his collegiate playing career at USC before transferring to UCLA after his freshman year where he played for Mora as a tight end. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the seventh round, 254th pick of the 2019 NFL Draft. Wilson played for the Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Football Team and the Denver Broncos before joining the coaching ranks. He started at UCLA in 2023 before landing at Purdue as an offensive line graduate assistant for the 2023 season. He joined the Huskies the following season, while also participating in the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship with the Denver Broncos and Minnesota Vikings.
Â
Anderson and Frost-Dixon were at Bryant together since the 2023 season. In his first season with the Bulldogs, Anderson led signal caller Zevi Eckhaus to a record-setting season, finishing as a top 3 quarterback in touchdown passes and setting the all-time passing record at Bryant. In his last two seasons, the Bulldogs had injuries to the room and started multiple quarterbacks, including a freshman both years. Bryant still finished with more than 3,000 yards passing in 2024 – top 15 in passing yards. Anderson played quarterback at Murray State and Buffalo; setting single-game records at both. He signed as a UDFA with the Arizona Cardinals before starting his coaching career at Diablo Valley College as the offensive coordinator from 2021-22.
Â
Prior to Miami, Vlachos had stops at Ole Miss, Western Kentucky, Central Michigan, Colorado and the Buffalo Bills, all working with the trench units. He started his collegiate coaching career at his alma mater, Alabama, as a graduate assistant in 2013 after playing for the Crimson Tide and earning first-team All-American honors as an offensive lineman. Between his time as both a player and coach in Tuscaloosa, he was part of four national championship teams. He signed as a UDFA with the Tennessee Titans in 2012.
Â
Coach Mora also added to his personnel department with the hiring of Jackson Kellogg, who joins the staff from UConn as a scouting assistant. Kellogg spent the past four seasons with the Huskies as a recruiting assistant and equipment manager.
Â
In addition to the five added to the staff, Mora also adjusted and made promotions to his coaching staff. Bold are title additions, while italics are a position change.
