Nash O'Fallon joined the Colorado State Football staff as part of Jay Novell's initial staff in January 2022 where he was the assistant director of player personnel before moving into the Director of Player Personnel in January 2023.
O'Fallon earned his bachelor's in sports management with a minor in business from Kansas in 2019. During his time with the Jayhawks he was a student assistant with the defensive line, equipment and recruiting and player personnel. After graduation, he was a Player Personnel & Recruiting graduate assistant at Virginia Tech for two years.
