Pauly Earns Academic Honors

Colorado State senior linebacker Eric Pauly was named second-team CoSIDA Academic All-American for 2003 on Monday afternoon.

Pauly, a Computer Information Systems major, has GPA of 3.74. This is Pauly?s second time being honored by CoSIDA, receiving first-team accolades in 2002. He was also named to the Mountain West Conference All-Academic team.

Pauly is seventh on the Rams in tackles this season despite playing in only the first five games after suffering a season ending knee injury against Utah. Pauly has played in 36 career games for the Rams, totaling 288 tackles, five sacks and two interceptions.
