Fort Collins, Colo. - Colorado State University athletic department officials said Sunday that the school distributed its entire allotment of student tickets - 10,000 - Saturday for the Rams' season-opener in football against Colorado Aug. 30 at INVESCO Field at Mile High in Denver. Kickoff is 5:45 p.m. and the game will be telecast by ESPN.
Officials said it was the first time since 1998 that the school has distributed its entire student allotment on the first day they were available.
Saturday night's game is the sixth consecutive time the schools will have met in Denver.
Athletic Department officials also said that the school's entire single-game ticket allotment for the opening game has been exhausted. Season tickets, which include tickets to the game with Colorado, remain available by calling 491-RAMS, toll free, 1-800-491-RAMS, or online, CSURAMS.com.
