Volleyball to celebrate 2007 successes

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - The Colorado State University volleyball team will celebrate the 2007 season Friday, Jan. 25, at the Hilton Fort Collins. The social hour will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner and the program starting at 7 p.m.
The event will honor the team's graduating seniors, team members, and supporters. The night features awards presentations, a season review by Head Coach Tom Hilbert, and farewell speeches by the Rams' seniors, Amanda Fahnestock and Tonya Mokelki.
Postseason awards will be handed out as the team looks back on another accomplished season, which saw the Rams go 23-8, win their eighth Mountain West Conference title, and make their 13th straight NCAA Tournament appearance.
Awards presented through the evening will include the Coach's Award, the BOM Squad Most Valuable Player, the Debbie Murphy Inspirational Player award and the Most Valuable Player award. In addition, award winners from throughout the season will be honored.
