FORT COLLINS, Colo. – KCSU (90.5 FM), the 10,000-watt Colorado State University student-run radio station, has agreed to broadcast 18 CSU volleyball games during the 2008 season, the university’s athletic department announced today.

The station can heard from the Wyoming border to the north down to Longmont, Greeley and all of the Fort Collins area. Games can also be heard world-wide on CSURams.com, the official Website of Colorado State athletics.

“We’re very excited about today’s announcement,” said Rams Head Coach Tom Hilbert. “Our radio and television schedule this year is the most comprehensive in the program’s history and we are thrilled that our fans will be able to follow us in several different ways.”

CSU student and KCSU sports director Nick Sebesta will return for his second season to handle play-by-play duties, while color commentary duties will be shared by Lance Moorman and Conor Glass. This year, KCSU will give fans the ability to communicate with the broadcasters and ask questions or give comments during the game by e-mailing kcsubroadcast@gmail.com. For more information, fans can visit kcsufm.com and CSURams.com.

In addition to KCSU’s 18-game broadcast schedule, the Rams will also have a program-record seven television games in 2008.
