FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Thanks to a perfect 3-0 week, including a sweep of No. 8 Florida, the Colorado State volleyball team (8-1, 0-0 MWC) moved up six spots to No. 15 in the latest CSTV/AVCA Coaches Poll, which was released Monday.

Over the past week, the Rams went 3-0 at the Coors Rocky Mountain Showdown with a road win at Colorado and a pair of home wins over North Carolina and Florida. The No. 15 ranking is the highest for the Rams since 2004, when they were ranked No. 9 in the 13th poll of the season.

The Rams begin Mountain West Conference play this week as they play host to Utah on Thursday night and BYU on Saturday evening at Moby Arena. Utah received votes in Monday’s poll while BYU will enter Saturday’s game ranked No. 24.
