FORT COLLINS, Colo. – With the Sept. 6 kickoff drawing closer and closer, the Rams continued their stretch of good practices Tuesday.

“I would say it was a good practice,” said Head Coach Steve Fairchild. “We got good looks, got some more reps on situations.”

Fairchild noted that although the team has practiced well, there is still work to be done.

“We really got one more (full practice),” Fairchild said. “Then basically two Thursday-type (walk through) practices which are perfect type of rehearsals of different things you are going to encounter in a game.”

However, Fairchild also said off the field preparations are just as important.

“We have to talk to the guys now about the way they rest, the way they eat and the way they study film down the stretch here,” said Fairchild.  “It could make a difference.”
