  • Under Hilbert, CSU is 43-0 at home against teams from the state of Colorado.
  • CSU improved to 11-1 at home on the year and is now 51-4 at Moby Arena since the start of the 2011 season, the fourth-best home winning percentage during that period.

  • Air Force jumped out to a quick 4-1 lead in Set 2, but the Rams used an 8-0 run with Bestgen serving, the team’s longest run of the night, to take a 9-4 lead in the set. Air Force got as close as one point, at 10-9, but CSU pulled away late in the set with a mini 8-2 run to take the second set, 25-18.
  • With four matches remaining, CSU owns a two-match lead in the Mountain West standings. CSU could clinch a share of the conference title with a win Saturday in addition to a UNLV loss.
