Colorado State Athletics has launched a special Farewell Hughes website, at csurams.com/farewellhughes, to celebrate the stadium’s history and invite fans to share their memories and take part in the celebration. Fans are encouraged to use #FarewellHughes in their social media posts and to share user-generated content across all of CSU Athletics social media channels, as well as through the Farewell Hughes microsite, both in the months leading up to the season and throughout the year. Special features will be introduced both online and through social media to highlight all of the historic moments and the figures who played a key role in making that history.
Fans may email memories, including stories and photos, to CSU Athletics at farewellhughes@colostate.edu. Select fans’ memories and content will be shared on social media and on the video board on gamedays.
Also important to recognize for 2016 is the advantage of being an existing season-ticketholder entering 2017 for seating priority in the new on-campus stadium set to open in 2017. All 2016 season ticketholders will renew their seats in priority order based on Ram Points totals as of Dec. 31, 2016. For more information on the reseating process and Ram Points please visit the special reseating section on the new stadium website.
