Boot Run capped by warm welcome of game ball at Canvas Stadium

Annual Boot Run came to campus for the first time today
The ceremonial running of the game ball by the Colorado State and Wyoming Army ROTC units from Laramie to Fort Collins took place today, with both schools' directors of athletics and head football coaches meeting at the border to exchange pleasantries and the game ball.

The annual "Boot Run" arrived on the campus of Colorado State University for the first time in the history of the rivalry at 5:30 p.m. Tomorrow's 8 p.m. contest at Canvas Stadium will be the first Border War clash on CSU's campus in 50 years.
