CSU will welcome 2017 opponents TCU and Florida State, with the addition of Cincinnati, into Moby Arena for a four-team round-robin tournament, Aug. 31-Sept. 2. The Rams defeated both TCU and Florida State in 2017 in Tallahassee, Fla. The Seminoles lost to Washington State in the first round of the 2017 NCAA Tournament, while TCU accepted an invite into the National Invitational Volleyball (NIT) Championship and advanced to the Elite 8 for the first time in program history.

Following its home tournament, Colorado State will head to Ann Arbor, Mich., Sept. 7-8 for three matches. The Rams will begin the weekend playing their fourth 2017 postseason team with LSU on Sept. 7 at 9 a.m. MT, before playing at Oakland from the Horizon League that night at 5:30 p.m. CSU will finish the trip facing host Michigan on Sept. 8 at 5 p.m. MT in a rematch from the first round of the 2017 NCAA Tournament.

CSU will conclude its non-conference schedule hosting Indiana State of the Missouri Valley Conference on Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. MT in Moby Arena. Colorado State will also play Portland State and in-state rival Colorado on Sept. 15 in Boulder, Colo., to close its non-conference slate.

Colorado State will begin its quest to defend its Mountain West title, while looking to add its 20th conference championship to its trophy case, at Nevada on Sept. 20 at 7:30 p.m. MT. The Rams will host their first Mountain West match in Moby Arena on Sept. 22 against San Jose State–their lone conference loss in 2017.
